What a Batch Day Is

Instead of scattered one-off service calls, a Batch Service Day is a scheduled yard block. Trailers are staged together so we can work continuously with minimal downtime.

Eligibility

53-ft trailer tires only. Straight-rib, manufacturer-marked REGROOVABLE, never previously regrooved, passes pre-inspection.

Check eligibility →

Booking intake (what we ask)

  1. How many trailers do you want serviced in one yard block?
  2. Are the tires straight-rib and manufacturer-marked REGROOVABLE?
  3. Are the trailers parked together and accessible for a continuous service window?
  4. Who is the on-site yard contact (name + phone)?
  5. Gate instructions, PPE rules, and yard safety requirements?

On-Site Flow

1) Arrival + staging check

We confirm access, staging, and the service window.

2) Pre-inspection gate

Every tire is inspected first. Unsafe or ineligible tires are skipped and documented.

3) Production loop

On-wheel, in-yard regrooving. Straight ribs only. Mechanical depth control.

4) Proof + documentation

Service log, tire marking, and paper depth report.

5) Close-out + next block

We confirm serviced count, note rejects, and schedule the next yard block.
